Junior handler in training!!!
This is Rugerford....named by my daughter.....she thinks she is cute naming my dogs something like this....but his response to it is so strong that he will keep it.

Ruge (or Rugerford)
is a normal eyed,
white-factored
possibly pure-for-sable
male Collie.

I love his clean head
and soft, sweet expression.
Ruge has beautiful naturally tipped ears set nicely on his head.
He has lots of bone and a solid body
with a lot of substance and
a well finished muzzle.

He has a very heavy and long coat,
but being an exhibitor, I won't be complaining.

I am eager to see this pup grow
up into the beautiful collie
I expect him to be.

His temperment is perfect, happy and cheerful,
completely collie-like, and extremely focused
on us, and what we do.

He, of course, goes to work with us, as do all the dogs,
each puppy also gets his own special time with us
without any other dogs.  I feel that puppies
that get LOTS of one-on-one attention
are ALWAYS better pets.

Adopted
Ruge LOVES to  be
with us , and a home
where he gets to do that
would be ideal for him.

Of course, he spends time
outdoors, but his favorite
thing is to lie at your feet
and go with you as often
as he can convince
you to take him.
.
I would like to see him go to
a home where he gets lots of
attention, since he would
not do well if not a real
part of a family or
individual's life.

He is a bold dog,
who 'watches' the
house, and is
going to be a good guard.

He dearly loves
children and is around
all ages of them.

He is around cats
and other dogs - of course!

He is friendly and happy
and housebroken.

He is athletic and well-built,
and really intelligent,
so would do very well in
agility, or obedience, etc.
