Hetrochromia Iridis
is a condition of the eye that denotes
two colors being present in the iris of one eye or in both eyes.
The two eyes may be different in color or flecked with two different colors.

This is common in blue and sable merled dogs, with the eye being blue and
brown.  
This condition is not a medical condition, but a descriptive one.
