| I firmly believe all breeders of collies should also handle rescue cases of our special breed, by providing a permanent or temporary home for them, or by assisting the owner in placing the dog in a new and suitable home. (Most breeders do offer rescue help) |
| Often, if the family who must part with their collie, or the finder of a collie is willing to keep or foster the dog until a suitable home is found, it is of a great help to a breeder who may already have rescue dogs in their home, and it is greatly appreciated.. |
